Shipping Policy

LumiSip Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 US states. (Expand only when international shipping is actually enabled.)

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery times (after shipment):
    • Standard: 3–5 business days — [rate TBD — set real rates before launch], or FREE on orders over $35.
    • Expedited: 2–3 business days — [rate TBD].
    • Priority: 1–2 business days — [rate TBD].
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Subscriptions: Subscription orders ship on your chosen schedule and follow the same delivery timeframes.
  • Delays: Weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at spiritualstaysinc@outlook.com and we'll help.
  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
  • Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged), and we'll reship or refund you.
