LumiSip Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love LumiSip. If you don't, we'll make it right.
- 30-day happiness guarantee (first box): If you're not satisfied with your first box, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement — no need to return the product.
- Unopened products: Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email spiritualstaysinc@outlook.com for return instructions; you're responsible for return shipping unless the return is our error.
- Opened subscription boxes: Subscription boxes after the first are non-returnable once opened (for hygiene reasons), but you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before the next shipment — no fees, no questions.
- Our mistake: Wrong item, damaged in transit, or missing items — contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we'll reship or refund immediately at our expense.
- Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- How to start a return: Email spiritualstaysinc@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 1–2 business days.
